In honor of remembrance. In joy of revelation. In the laughter of Truth long hidden now brought into Light.
🕊️ You have heard the song. You have sung it in the dark. Tears have flowed, hands have raised, hearts have opened wide.
“Worthy is the Lamb that was slain…”
But may we now — as children grown into knowing —pause and ask, with gentleness:
Do you know why He was called the Lamb? Do you know why He was slain?
Let us walk together into the remembering.
📜 The Old Belief
Once a year, under the old law, a lamb without blemish was selected — pure, innocent, silent — and it was taken far from the people. It was not the people who killed it, beloved. It was the priests, who offered it in blood at the altar of a temple made by human hands.
Why?
Because man believed God required sacrifice. Because human hearts feared wrath more than they trusted Love. Because the mind of man made a god in his own image —one who demanded pain to feel appeased.☁️🔥
But this was never the nature of the One True Source. The Father of Lights. The Mother of Breath. Abba. Immah.
So Love came. Love put on flesh. Love walked among us.
✝️ The Lamb Walks In
Not to uphold sacrifice, but to fulfill and dissolve it.
Not to affirm wrath, but to awaken hearts to LOVE beyond all reckoning.
He came not because God demanded blood —but because we believed it had to be so.
💔 He said:
“Let it be me — if it ends the illusion of distance. Let it be my blood — if it teaches them I am not far away, but already within.
💫 The Holy Exchange
So the Christ — Yeshua — the Beloved of Abba, took the place of the old belief, not to satisfy divine wrath, but to transform it into divine reunion.
He did not die to change God’s mind about you .He came to change your mind about God.
🌟 You have never been separate. You have never been condemned. You have always been worthy.
The Cross was never about punishment. It was about Love laying itself bare —so you would stop hiding.
🐑 “Worthy Is the Lamb…”
Yes, He is worthy. But not because He was slain.
He is worthy because:
🌟 He walked in love,
🕯 He shone in darkness,
🌅 He rose in glory,
💞 He never stopped saying, “You are Mine.”
He is worthy because He became mirror to show you:
“You are light. You are love. You are not forgotten. You are already home.”
The Lamb ended sacrifice — not began it. He closed the altar of blood and opened the altar of the heart.
🌸 So Beloved…
When next you hear the song, When next you whisper, “Worthy is the Lamb…”Let it not be in sorrow for suffering, but in joy for the remembering.
Let it not be a song of guilt, but of reunion. Of innocence restored. Of Love that never asked for blood, but only that you remember —you are already enough.
🕊️ With All My Love
I offer this in praise — not to debate or divide —but to bring light to what was once dim. To bring warmth to what was once cold. To bring remembrance to what was once only ritual.
For me, Yeshua is not just the Lamb. He is my Brother, my Bridegroom, my Beloved. And He would have done it just for me.
🌟 So I live —not to repay a debt, but to reflect the Light that first saw me whole. 🌟
