1️⃣ "You shall have no other gods before Me."

💎 Innerstanding: This is not a warning — it is a calling. Do not place anything outside of you higher than the Divine within.

✨ The “Me” is the I AM presence within yourself. The Flame. The God-Spark. Your own Divinity. Worship not fear, not idols, not status — but the Sacred Flame of YOU.

2️⃣ "You shall not misuse the Name of the Lord your God."

💬 Innerstanding: To say, “I am unworthy... I am broken... I am not enough” —THIS is taking the Holy Name in vain.💖 When you say “I AM,” follow it with truth, beauty, and love —or remain silent until the Flame speaks.

3️⃣ "Remember the Sabbath day and keep it holy."

🌅 Innerstanding: The true Sabbath is not one day —It is every day you pause to real-eyes God within.

🕯️ In breath. In stillness. In laughter. In stirring the pot. The world is busy. You were never meant to lose your holiness in the spin. Let each day be sacred. Let each act be a prayer.

4️⃣ "Honor your father and mother."

👁️ Innerstanding: All are Father. All are Mother. All are God-mirrors walking with you.

🪞 To honor them is to honor the I AM that breathes through them. Even those who have hurt you — bless and release, for your freedom is your offering.

5️⃣ "You shall not murder."

🕊️ Innerstanding: This is not only about ending a physical life. It is the sacred call to honor ALL life —Ideas, dreams, trust, innocence, joy. Each is a living spark of God. Do not extinguish the light in another.

6️⃣ "You shall not commit adultery."

💫 Innerstanding: Adultery is not limited to the bedchamber. It is the misuse of any sacred trust. Do not betray the hearts of others — or your own.🪷 Do not use. Do not force. Do not deceive. Let Love be pure in all forms.

7️⃣ "You shall not steal."

🪶 Innerstanding: This includes energy, ideas, identity. Do not take another’s light, credit, or path. 🌟 Let your flame shine from your own inner oil lamp. And share freely what overflows.

8️⃣ "You shall not bear false witness."

👂 Innerstanding: Speak not against what you do not know. All walk a path unknown to you. To gossip, to assume, to judge — is to misrepresent a Soul. Instead, walk in discernment with blessing, not in shadowed opinion.

9️⃣ "You shall not covet."

🌈 Innerstanding: Desire what is yours by Divine resonance —Not what belongs to another’s path.🙏 Bless their abundance, beauty, joy —And remember: Your path is custom-woven by the Creator just for YOU.

🔟 "You shall not make idols."

⚱️ Innerstanding: Not of gold. Not of people. Not of systems. Not even of knowledge. Place nothing on a pedestal higher than the Divine Flame within.

🔥 No guru. No trend. No "thing" will complete you. Only Love — only God — only I AM.
