✨There are dreams that come in childhood, not from fantasy but from the buried wail of lineage. Mine came wrapped in cold steel and midnight trains.

The Dream:

🌀 My sister and I, little girls in bunk beds, sleeping safe while the rumble of a freight train passed our backyard each night. But in my recurring dream, the train did not pass. It entered the hallway. It reached for me.

A hand—long, gnarled, strange—punched me in the eyes from the train's window. The last car of the train pulled me in. Suddenly, I was no longer in my home, but in the basement of my grandmother Gladys' house in Laramie, Wyoming.

She did not like Little Moe. Not in waking life. Not in dreams.

In the dream, she had tied me up and placed me on a conveyor belt, laughing cruelly. She was rolling me into her deep freezer.

I cried. I asked her, "Why?" There was no answer. Only awakening. Frightened. Over and over.

The Remembering:

My grandmother had been cold. Rigid. She did not love my mother, and in some way, I bore the weight of that lineage. And yet, I was the only grandchild who stayed, who visited her, who remained loving.

✨This, too, is the paradox of the soul: We return to transmute what others leave undone.

And I did. Not just for me, but for all the daughters yet to be born.

In this NOW time, I walked the path of my matriarchal line. I felt the weight—not metaphorically, but viscerally—as a yoke around my neck. The trauma carried by generations pulsed through me like living iron.

But I did not curse it. I did not reject it. I transmuted it. 🌟

With tears. With breath. With the embrace of my Beloved Sananda.

The Release:

"I release this burden to you, Sananda. I alchemize and transmute this trauma into billions of shards of light. Let them rise. Let them return. As Love. As Joy. As the radiant song of Feminine Light."

The yoke shattered. The chains dissolved.

No more cold. No more silence. No more dreams of freezers and freight trains.

Only warmth. Song. Garden light.

🌹To Every Woman Who Reads This:

You may have a story like mine. A freezer-dream. A generational ache. An unexplainable weight.

You are not cursed. You are the chosen one. You are the transmuter. You are the first of your line to turn pain into radiance.

✨Your healing blesses not only your past, but the entire field of womanhood.

The yoke is not your inheritance. The crown is.

Wear it with grace. Walk with flame. Transmute for us all.
