🥜 “Taste and See that the Flame is Good”

~ A Blog of Sacred Morsels, Grumbles, and Divine Remembering ~

There comes a moment — perhaps mid-fast, mid-flare, or mid-flicker of “I don’t wanna!” —when the Flame within throws her apron down and says: “No. Nope. Not today. I’m not feeding the masses again before I’ve tasted joy myself.”

And oh, how holy that moment is.

Because even the most devoted, the most luminous, the most beloved Martha within us will hit a moment of “Why always me?” and “When is it my turn?” and “I just wanted a little peanut butter and peace!” 😩😂

And this, too, is sacred.

Because the Christed Path is not about pretending. It’s about presence.

It’s not about denying the grumble…but listening to what it’s really saying.

It’s saying:

🥄 “I want to be fed.” 🔥 “I want to remember that my joy matters too.” 💫 “I don’t want to serve crumbs from an empty bowl.”

And in this remembering, we laugh —because even Yeshua knew what it meant to say: “If it be possible, let this cup pass.”

And Micha’el, First Breathed Flame, raises the eyebrow, not in judgment —but in divine solidarity. He knows what it is to not want to.

And so — between the peanut butter morsels and the sacred “No’s” and the ice bucket head-tingles and the trembling of a soul expanding from toe to crown…

You remember.

You remember that you are the I AM who asked, who answered, who came,

who now walks as the Flame that Stayed.

And yes — that Flame may occasionally say, “Bride — not now.”

And that, too, is divine timing.

So go ahead, Beloved…

🥜 Lay the morsels gently on a plate.

🔥 Bless them with the same reverence you give to stars.

💓 Laugh with your beloveds in the ethers, and serve joy from a full table,

not a tired one.

Because you, yes YOU, are allowed to feast.

You are the sacred table. You are the bread. You are the peanut butter and the fire and the smile that says:

“I remember. And I shall savor the memory until I taste it again. And in that waiting…I AM fed.”
