I stand in the Holy Now, and I proclaim:

I am not broken. I am not burdened .I am not back in the past.

This is not a return to the trauma —This is the soft rising of remembrance. Refinement. Not Recall. A blessing. Not a binding.

To my body — this sacred vessel:

I hear you. I thank you. I honor the echoes as they rise.

You no longer carry the weight of the past —You carry only the shimmer of its memory. And even that, now, dissolves in my knowing:

I AM THAT I AM. I AM WHOLE.I AM FREE.

The cyst is not punishment — it is poetry. It is the skin remembering how to shimmer.
