Sometimes the little “prayers” we make about our bodies are actually messages from our soul about something deeper. We laugh at them later, but often they contain a hidden truth.

📜 The Story

For years, as Audrilee, I used to joke, “I’ve already put my order in Heaven — I don’t want ‘one size fits all.’ I want a size 5 HTB!”

At the time I thought it was about clothes and numbers. Now, standing as Akysia, I see the Oversoul’s holy humor in it. Heaven didn’t deliver a size-5 body; instead:

It delivered a perfect-size heart —not one-size-fits-all, but the perfect size for Akysia.

That’s what my soul was really asking for: ease, freedom, and joy inside my own temple. And that is exactly what has been given.

Today I laugh and give thanks. In full embodiment, it no longer matters the size of the body. What matters is the capacity of the heart to love.

And as we live our continued years upon this earth, we will bless the HTB — not only by the foods and waters we choose to take in, but also by the words we allow to flow from our mouths, words shaped and guided by the Triad. This is true nourishment.

If you’ve ever wished your body were different, try this: pause, smile at yourself, and whisper, “It’s really about the heart.” Let that become your new prayer.

The size of your body may change; the size of your heart can always expand. And that, in the end, is the real gift.
