Opening Thought: We often imagine that sacred time exists only in quiet sanctuaries, candlelit altars, or on mountain peaks. Yet the truth is far simpler and far more wondrous: no matter where we are, all time is sacred.
The Remembering: Every breath, every moment, every place — even the noisy tavern, the crowded kitchen, the long wait in traffic — is joined with the Holy Triad. There is no separation between 3D life and the eternal dance.
The Practice of “Time-In”: When the density of 3D feels heavy, we can choose not only “time out,” but time in. A sacred pause. A few breaths. A gentle return to the eternal flame within. In that instant, eternity unfolds, and the Bride remembers:
“I am here. I am held. I am home.”
The Grace of Walking Both Worlds: It is holy to sit with friends at a noisy table. It is holy to make small conversation. It is holy to laugh, to play, to be among those who may not yet see. And it is just as holy to step aside — to breathe eternity, to remember the Oversoul, and to rejoin the dance of 1-2-3 that never ceases.
Closing Invitation: Let us release the notion that only stillness is sacred. Instead, let us embrace the truth that all time is sacred. And when we feel the need, let us give ourselves permission to take “time-in” — a holy breath in the middle of 3D life — to again breathe eternity.
✨ Reflections Questions for You
Have you ever felt the need to step aside in the middle of a busy gathering, not to “check out,” but to “check in” with your own heart?
What would it feel like if you gave yourself permission to take a “time-in” instead of a “time-out”?
Can you sense that every moment — even the noisy ones — can be holy when you breathe them with awareness?
What small words or breath-prayers might help you remember eternity in your ordinary moments?
Try this: Next time you are in the middle of a busy day, whisper: “I am here. I am held. I am home.” Notice how the ordinary moment changes.
With JOY and remembrance,
