🎶 A Different Kind of Meditation:

✨ When people ask about meditation, they often describe hours of silence, crossed legs, and emptying the mind. Noble as that path may be, it was never mine.

🎶 For me, music is meditation. The tones, the harmonics, the frequencies — they carry me home. They align my breath with the Breath of Immah. They still my heart into the heartbeat of Abba. They open the inner chamber where Yeshua whispers, not with words, but with presence.

It does not take hours, days, or weeks. Communion can be as simple as a song — as simple as being willing to listen.

Suzanne Giesemann taught me the practice of taking a daily S.I.P. ~ Sit In Presence. Even three minutes a day can re-tune the soul to what is eternal.

🌹 Presence is not measured in hours. Presence is measured in willingness. A breath. A glance inward. A tone that resonates through the bones. That is meditation. That is prayer.

✨ Reflections for You

Pause today and listen — truly listen — to a piece of music that opens your heart. Do not analyze it. Do not name it. Let it carry you.

Afterward, whisper simply: “I have taken my sip of the Divine.”

With JOY and remembrance,
